Returns
At vh1be, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging

• Opened or used items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations (unless faulty)

• You’ll need the order number and proof of purchase

To request a return, contact us at letstalk@vh1be.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items include:

• Opened/used supplement containers

• Gift cards

• Promotional/free items

• Final sale items

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, vh1be will cover return shipping

• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if any item is defective or incorrect so we can make it right.
