We’ll process your vh1be returns and refund request quickly and communicate each step clearly. Refunds are made using your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note: we cannot accept opened or used supplements for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is faulty.

At vh1be, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Opened or used items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations (unless faulty).
  • You’ll need your order number and proof of purchase.
  • Returns should be sent to our designated returns address (provided once your return request is approved).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error or a faulty item, vh1be covers the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
